Data Deletion Instructions
noor is a marketing analytics platform. When you connect a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) account to noor via Facebook Login, we receive basic profile information (name, email) and on your behalf we may read public advertising data via the Meta Ad Library API (/ads_archive) for the brands you choose to track.

We never sell, share, or use your data for ad targeting. Data is stored per-workspace with row-level access controls; each brand sees only its own data.
How to request deletion
- From inside noor: visit Dashboard → Settings → Data and click Delete my account. Deletion runs immediately and irreversibly within 7 days.
- From Meta: go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, find noor Ad Library, and click Remove. Meta will email us a deletion callback.
- By email: write to privacy@heynoor.ai from the address associated with your noor account. We confirm and execute within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your noor user record (name, email, hashed password)
- All brand workspaces you own (or transferred before deletion)
- All Meta ad-library snapshots pulled on your behalf
- All generated ad creatives and campaign history
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (e.g. “noor users pulled 1.2M ads in August”) may be retained — these cannot be traced back to you.
Timeline
Deletion completes within 7 days of request receipt. You receive a confirmation email when the queue runs.
