Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the organisation you represent. If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Your account

• You’re responsible for activity on your account. Keep credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend accounts with false details.
• Notify us promptly at security@heynoor.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from noor.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use noor to stalk, harass, or harm others.
• Scrape or bulk-export data outside the documented API limits.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or usage caps.
• Resell or sublicense noor without written permission.

4. Connected platforms

noor integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, others). Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. We’re not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect noor functionality.

When you connect a Meta account via Facebook Login, you authorise noor to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions; renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time — service continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you upload and the content you generate through noor. We retain ownership of the noor platform, algorithms, and branding. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide noor to you.

7. AI-generated content

noor uses large language and image-generation models to produce analyses and creative content. AI output is provided “as is”. You’re responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it, particularly for accuracy, legal compliance, and brand-safety. noor does not warrant that AI output is accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for any specific use.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We’re not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Supabase, AWS, Vercel) or force-majeure events.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain unpaid. We’ll provide reasonable notice where possible. You can export your data before termination at Dashboard → Settings → Export.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

noor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of noor is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
